NP Studios is a small independent studio. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what happens to it. If anything is unclear, email naserparkstudios@gmail.com and we will answer plainly.

What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, brand name and message. That is the only personal information we ask for. We do not take payment details through this site.

If you email us directly, that correspondence sits in our mailbox.

Analytics

With your consent we load Plausible Analytics, which records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not use cookies to identify you, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you to other sites. If you decline, no analytics script loads at all.

We store one item in your browser recording whether you accepted or declined. Clearing your browser data removes it and the notice returns.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to carry out work you commission, and to understand which pieces of work people look at. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted by Netlify, who process form submissions on our behalf and keep standard server logs. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, in case you come back to us. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email naserparkstudios@gmail.com and we will action it within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
