This site is provided as is. The written material and the films on it belong to NP Studios and may not be reproduced or republished without permission. You are welcome to link to it.
Speculative work
Some films and stills here are speculative pieces made to demonstrate what the studio can do. They were not commissioned by the brands they depict, and no affiliation, endorsement or partnership is implied. Where a real product appears, all trade marks remain the property of their owners. If you own a brand shown here and would like a piece removed, email us and we will take it down.
Commissioned work
Every project begins with a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and fee, agreed before work starts. Nothing on this page replaces that agreement.
Unless the scope says otherwise: half the fee is due before work begins and the balance on delivery. Two rounds of revision are included. Ownership of the finished files transfers to you on final payment, and we keep the right to show the work in this portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
How the work is made
Our films and stills are produced using generative tools, directed and edited by us. We tell every client this up front. You are responsible for confirming that generated imagery is compatible with your own advertising obligations in your market.
Liability
We take care over what we deliver, but we cannot guarantee any particular commercial result from it. Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fee paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NP Studios is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by its courts.
